I'm from MI & ordered online for a dear soul in NE. I am overwhelmed w/gratitude at how the person who delivered the flowers Anne, went WELL ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure they arrived. There was an issue w/the bldg access but Anne did the absolute most to make sure this special delivery made it without being returned. She tried several times and when all hope seemed lost she didn't give up! I had asked her to pretty please try to find some means since I couldn't get ahold of the recipient. Anne stayed on phone with me as I was serious hoping with all my might somehow she could get in to deliver to this person who needed this act of kindness in hopes it brightens their day. She followed up w/me and she made the delivery even though it took extra time. I highly recommend this shop for their fine selection & service. As I build my soc med content, I will make sure to follow up by mentioning this florist online for anyone in the area or anyone in other areas like me that have someone in the Omaha area to send to. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making everyday miracles happen☺✨

Ordered 12 bouquets for a graduation party to be delivered. Was missing part of the order and they were very responsive and quick to correct. The bouquets were beautiful!

I received some of the most crisp, bright, beautiful flowers from Papillion Flower Patch for my work anniversary! They even sat out on the front porch with a bag for several hours in the cold, and they are simply still beautiful almost 5 days later.

Connor deserves a raise! His customer service is extraordinary. He was delivering flowers to Orpheum theatre and he made sure eventhough the theatre is closed that my son will get them for his birthday. Job well done Connor! Thank you.

Very impressed with the bouquets they put together for the price. I’ve ordered flowers for friends and family many times, and am often disappointed in what they assemble. Not the case with Papillion Flower Patch. They are my florist of choice in the Papillion/Omaha area!

The flowers are always beautiful, but the customer service takes the cake! I placed an order for my mother for Valentines Day and I left a note that if there was not an answer at the front door, feel free to leave the flowers at the back door just around the side of the house. I received a call from Annie that morning that there was an issue with delivery. When I returned the call, she told me that there was no answer at the front door, to which I restated my note that I left when I placed the order. She then told me that she saw my note BUT didn't want to leave them outside since it was only 5* that day and the flowers would surely be ruined. I hadn't even considered the weather! Luckily I was able to quickly get ahold of my mother (who just didn't hear the door since she had been in the basement at the time), and was able to coordinate with Annie who very shortly returned to complete the delivery. So many other companies/delivery people would have just left the flowers at the door and gone on with their day (if they had even read the note in the first place). I sincerely appreciate Annie putting the extra time and thought into the delivery, and just being so pleasant!

Delivery was fast! The arrangement was lovely. They even provided a photo! I was ordering from out of state and made the mistake of going with one if those wire services, by mistake, and they completely dropped the ball. So I found this place and they delivered the same day! I did not expect that but it totally made our day.

My boyfriend decided to use Papillion Flower Patch to deliver on Valentine’s Day and they were absolutely stunning! I couldn’t have been happier with how they looked and they were so fragrant. Thank you so much for putting together this beautiful bouquet

I ordered sympathy flowers. The online process was easy. The flower selections were beautiful. I received an email that my flowers were delivered. They were delivered in plenty of time for the memorial. I would definitely use Piccolo Florist in the future.
